INK TOWER

1. INNOVATIVE DESIGN Due to its technical project, INK TOWER allows up to 3 users to work simultaneous increasing productivity. INK TOWER has 4 phases:
   1st phase- For filling black cartridges with sponges
   2nd phase- For filling black cartridges with reservoir
   3rd phase- For filling color cartridges
   4th phase- Machine’s maintenance door
   If there is only one operator working the machine, the base of the INK TOWER can be switched to the desired phase.
2. WORKS WITH UNLIMITED QUANTITY OF INK One of the great innovations of INK TOWER is the new supply vacuum system of the master cylinders (where the ink is stored before filling the cartridge). This means now the ink travels through vacuum to any work area including any size or type of recipient
3. PREPARED FOR THE FUTURE Due to its technical project (structure and vacuum system), INK TOWER is equipped to recycle new cartridges that may appear on the market. The vacuum hose and the ink overflow found in the machine may be connected to new holders that shall be projected for new cartridges.
   That is the case of HP 02’s cartridges which were recently put on the Brazilian market. These cartridges do not have any sponge or electrical circuit. Parai has developed holders for both black and color cartridges of the series accompanying INK TOWER.
4. CARTRIDGES WITH 3 TIMES MORE INK INK TOWER includes a guillotine with especially projected steel blades to open cartridges from the family 27A and 94A. This procedure allows modifying the architecture of the cartridges increasing its capacity to receive up to 30 ml of ink after its exclusive and patented form (deposit 00041/05 of 21 of July of 2005). The original cartridges come only with a 10 ml of ink capacity limit. Our method of recycling clearly surpasses the conventional method which doesn’t offer the ability to store more ink guaranteeing us greater customer satisfaction.When opened, the 30 ml cartridge can be washed and cleaned decreasing their percentage of loss to practically zero. 5. VACUUM CHAMBER A Vacuum Chamber for the filling of cartridges with sponge is included with the INK TOWER machine.The Vacuum Chamber is another option for filling cartridges by a sponge method. It’s important to reiterate that the vacuum filling of cartridges is only one phase of the recycling. The cartridges need to go through several preparation stages which is possible at Parai due to its accessories attached to the machines. Therefore, what represents a filling strategy for other competitors is only an accessory for Parai because we understand that recycling cartridge takes far more than just refilling them.
6. FILLS UP TO 4 CARTRIDGES SIMULTANEOUSLY Three vacuum reservoir, 2 motors and 1 master cylinder (total of 6 cylinders) allows 4 cartridges to be recycled simultaneously making INK FULL more versatile than others.Both the 1 HP series 600 or 800, 1 HP 27A to 96, can be recycled at the same time utilizing 1 color (any make) and 1 black cartridge with sponge (any make).
7. THREE VACUUM RESERVOIRS Three more vacuum reservoirs were added giving versatility to INK FULL allowing the filling and cleaning simultaneously. One cartridge receives the excess of ink, the other receives the dirt of what was cleaned and the last one is use to empty out color cartridges. There an extra reservoir (cylinder) for water which is also included with the machine.
8. NEW HOLDERS The arrival of new cartridges in the market generates new holders for Parai Recycling Machines. New rubber silicone holders were added to substitute the regular ones allowing for a more precise and faster cartridge fill. The flexibility of new rubbers allows a perfect contact between the cartridge and its holder making it impossible for leaks to occur during the filling process.
LEGAL MACHINE The machines from the family INK 3000 is a legally recognized patent by the INPI (Brazilian National Institute for Industrial Property) under registration PI 0003237-9 on July 6th 2000.The patent refers to the machines and to its vacuum filling technique. Therefore, this process is exclusive and can also be utilized by anyone who buys the INK TOWER with full rights to use the vacuum filling technique. INK TOWER is the only recycling machine who uses this technique LEGALLY on the market.

INK TOWER ACCESSORIES INK TOWER has many accessories making it easy to perform possible important recycling procedure such as: washing, opening, cleaning. This represent less errors and problems that generally occur while or immediately after recycling. Check it out:

VACUUM CHAMBER INK TOWER contains a vacuum chamber as an accessory for the cartridges with filling sponge, using the whole existent mechanical structure. The vacuum chamber is placed outside the INK TOWER offering higher mobility and increased utilization.

FRACTAL GUILLOTINE The Fractal Guillotine is an essential item in the transformation of the 27 A cartridges’ family which has make possible to receive up to 3 times more ink than the original cartridge. With the opening system of the 27 A cartridges’ family, the cartridges loss, due to clogging, has been substantially reduced. Therefore, the client will prefer you over other recyclers do to the simple fact that they do not possess this technical knowledge.

ELECTRIC DRILL The electric drill from SKIL adds more speed and precision to the procedure of opening cartridges. A drill with specific diameters for a correct operation comes with this product.

STEAM CHAMBER The Steam Chamber also referred to as the Cartridge’s Intensive Therapy Unit (CITU). This chamber serves to correct insistent printing imperfections through a process that involves placing them in the chamber for a determined period of time until its cavities are unclogged due to over exposure to high temperatures.

600 GUILLOTINE This guillotine allows the perfect opening of the HP 600 series’ cartridges by not breaking its lid when the operation is finished.

600 HOLDER The success of the cartridges recycling, using Parai’s INK 3000 systems, is due in great part to the quality of the holders where the cartridges are placed.The geometric precision in addition to Parai’s exclusive silica rubbers allows the perfect contact to the cartridges printer’s heads, preventing it from material damages. This characteristic makes Parai’s holders, a strong ally in the cartridge recycling quality. This holder is used to CLEAN, FILL and DRAIN all HP 600 black cartridges’ family.

800 HOLDER This holder is used to CLEANING, FILLING and DRAIN all HP 800 black cartridge’s family.

600 COLOUR HOLDER This holder is used to CLEAN, FILL and DRAIN all HP 600 color cartridge’s family.

800 COLOUR HOLDER This holder is used to CLEAN, FILL and DRAIN all HP 800 color cartridge’s family.

27 CARTRIDGES’ FAMILY HOLDER This holder is used to CLEAN, FILL and DRAIN all HP 27 A cartridge’s family (including the 94).

TRIDENT It is an accessory for the removal of the “grid” present in the HP 600 color cartridges’ family. This item makes it possible for a perfect finishing touch when the grate is removed. This allows for a perfect fit when reattaching to the cover of the cartridge.

SET OF RUBBERS Extra silica rubbers are used in the nylon bases (larger number than the necessary for eventual replacements) are included with INK TOWER.

SET OF HOSES A set of hoses (with adapters) which connect from the ink bottles or “big pumps” to the INK TOWER’S master cylinders.

PARAI CLEAN 2000 Parai Clean 2000 is a new recently introduced cleaning and unclogging solution, for all black and color cartridges with bag or sponge, replacing the old Par@i Clean 600 and 800. Paraí Clean 2000 does not have any strong smells allowing for its use in acclimatized environment.Also, it is cost efficient, universal and flame retardant. In addition, it’s possible to use it in any black and color cartridges. It must be used directly on the head of cartridges’ impression for printing imperfections removal.

SPECIAL PLASTIC BOTTLE A special plastic bottle for liquids and water application on the cartridges’ head is also included.

MANUALS The INK TOWER comes with an instruction manual. Besides the written manual, Parai and its staff are able to provide complete information, training and know-how to its customers in regards to the cartridge’s recycling process.Parai also provides a technical documents regarding the weights of the cartridges (empty and full), allowing the recyclers to know the cartridges exact weight.
