TONER STATION III
allows you to process toner cartridges in a
clean, practical and organized working area.
The Toner Station makes the recycling
process much faster besides having all
necessary tools handy to keep the work space
healthy and clean.
TONER STATION III is modified and adapted
to fit Paraí's filling machine: IN-VAC Compact
(sold separately).
Please become informed with the station
mode of operation and specifications: SRUCTURAL SPECIFICATIONS AND MODE OF
OPERATION
1) Technical Features
Weight: 55 Kg
Length: 73 cm
Width: 80 cm
Height: 68 cm
A zincified iron rack 60 cm in height with revolving
wheels that has textured electrostatic paint is included
with the station, assuring a longer lifetime and higher
resistance to scratches.
This structure also has the function of protecting the
station whenever it is transported, since its structure's metallic bars surround the
station protects it from damage. The structure also serves as support base for the
vacuum cleaner. This way it is quite easy to manipulate the station's position.
The Toner Station's layout gives the operator easy access to several accessories
that accompanies the machine.
EXHAUST SYSTEM
The Toner Station III inner
environment is free of floating
toner powder.
All the air (2) in the interior of
the Toner station III
(contaminated by the floating
toner powder particles in
suspension) is drained by
coolers placed inside of the
exhauster system (1) and
carried to a collection box
composed by a labyrinth
system with magnetic elements.
The polluted air gets inside the
collecting box leaving with
almost no impurities.
After the work, the collection box should be removed for the user to vacuum all
the powder retained inside.
Wind Curtain
In the machine's external area (1),
the pure air that is at the level of
the user's face is drained by the
frontal coolers (2) causing the air
to go down forming a wind curtain
(3). It is located inside the
machine with main function to
stop the particles in mid air
preventing from getting it out.
A video of the exhaustion process
as well as the wind curtain may be
seen at the following link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iW3J03K_Qmo. The system has been simulated
with smoke (dry ice) to show how the air flow works inside the station.
VACUUM CLEANER
There is a professional vacuuming system below
the Station that is used to drain the powder
residues left over from the toner cartridges. This
vacuuming system, called IN-VAC, has been
exclusively developed for this station.
The vacuuming system has in its interior a filter
(3) which holds back all particles of any toner
powder currently existing on the market. The
filter has a 3kg storage capability and can be
easily removed for cleaning. After it's all cleaned,
the filter may be used again for many times. The
filter which can be separately acquired is placed
in the vertical position guaranteeing a better
absorption from the toner powder.
(1) Only the vacuuming system hose is visible being very accessible to the
operator.
The vacuuming system is activated by switches strategically placed in the front
display of the machine.
STATION'S RACK
A rack it is included with the machine serving as
the base for the station.
(1) The rack is made of a zincified iron structure
with an electrostatic paint.
(2) Four revolving wheels allowing the operator
TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES
A set of useful tools and
accessories are included with the
Toner Station:
A function electric screwdriver
gives you the speed and
precision to the most common
tasks during the cartridge
disassembling/re-assembling
process. (1)
A Tool Set (2) (screwdriver,
pliers, clamps, brushes and
hammers) are used in nearly all
types of toner cartridges besides
a spinning cartridge holder(3), with a silicon base, to support the toner cartridge.
TRAY AND HOLDERS
Toner Station III contains two
trays (2) which are positioned
below the working desk. There is
a special space (4) in the front of
the machine that can be used to
store screws and pieces left from
the cartridge's disassembling and
assembling. The Station also
contains a cylinder holder (1) to
accommodate the toner cylinder
when it's removed from the
cartridge, avoiding it's exposure
to light. It is located behind the
wind curtain's coolers.
MAIN FEATURES
VERSATILITY - Toner Station III is an ideal system to process toner cartridges due
to its versatility. The user can open it, clean it and re-assemble toner cartridges.
LOW POLLUTION - The wind curtain and the exhaust system transforms toner
cartridge recycling into a hygienic and healthy process, since the powder particles
do not come out of the station and the operator has minimal contact with the
powder.
READY TO WORK WITH FILLING MACHINE - Toner Station III is ready to be
attached to a semi-automatic filling machine Mech Dual Toner. With this
connection, the user can combine all the benefits of the Toner Station with an
easier and more precise filling process.
EASY MAINTENANCE - Toner Station III was projected to allow easy maintenance
and servicing. Separate and removable parts can be easily replaced by the user,
without the need to ship the machine for servicing.
LOW COST - Toner Station III is highly cost efficient, in considering its productivity
gain, and both the increased quality of the cartridges and of hygiene at the work
place.
MARKETING - Besides all the increases of productivity, efficiency and hygiene,
Toner Station III is also a great marketing instrument when it's presented as a
production tool of your company. Its technical features combine to compliment an
organized process, which will result in the end in heightened consumer confidence
and relying faithfully to your service.
TONER STATION III x COMPETITORS
Toner Station III has unique features, because many of its functions can not be
found in any other product, such as:
REMOVAL OF POWDER RESIDUE FROM CARTRIDGES
TONER STATION III: Removes powder residues from a cartridge through a
vacuuming system and stores it temporarily in its inner filter.
COMPETITORS: A few machines were created with the goal of just removing the
toner residue, through a compressed air system. Many problems occur because of
that, because along with the air that comes out, water particles enter and
accumulate in the cartridge.
HYGIENE
TONER STATION III: The wind curtain and the exhaust system assure an effective
removal of the toner particles from inside the machine.
COMPETITORS: A big and noisy compressor is needed for the toner powder
exhaust, creating a loud and noisy working environment.
FILTER CLEANING
TONER STATION III: The filter (which holds up to 3 Kg) is easily removed, and the
powder is removed and disposed in an ecological manner.
COMPETITORS: The filter is cleaned through a process of reversion of the air flow,
which is also loud and noisy.
CARTRIDGE FILING
TONER STATION III: When combined with the Mech. Dual Toner, the toner station
gets yet another advantage over its competitors which is the option of filling.
COMPETITORS: There are no toner cartridge processing machines that are able to
be filled.
CONCLUSION
The Toner Station III is a unique machine, which will offer more versatility, speed
and hygiene to the user, and place you and your company at a higher
technological level, very far beyond those who fill cartridges without using this
technology.
